Informal entrepreneurs: 20% have never been to school
What prevents informal entrepreneurs from taking the step to formalization? A survey conducted by the Ministry of Finance and the African Development Bank reveals a number of constraints. In its latest report, presented last week, the OECD also highlights the extent of this scourge.
